The leadership team with whom I currently work has been very sensitive to our CAPACITY for change.  They have recognized that, not only is change essential but it is inevitable.  Change happens...and some change is outside our control.  For change that we have the potential to manage, the question is, do we?  Are we using change management practices to guide the number, pace, and outcomes of those changes in our organizations?   And are we building our organization&#039;s capacity for change?  OR are we just letting change happen?</description>
